ABOUT THE PROJECT
Located in close proximity to the undeniably beautiful Brisbane Water inlet, the clients core drive was to provide 20 high-quality apartments with a mixture of one, two and three bed tenure options within a ‘prime growth’ location. The underpinning philosophy was to surprise and delight the users by delivering residences that offer more than is expected. To do this SDA worked closely with the developer and main contractor to focus on utilising the locations already established features including the shoreline, transport, generous public open spaces and connection to the CBD.
The building itself is created as three separate ‘wings’ with no common walls, which ensures heightened separation, space and privacy. This results in beautiful and luxurious spaces that capture and take full advantage of the landscape and water views from as many rooms as possible. Upon arrival to Capri, residents and visitors alike a pleasantly greeted by an open and light-filled sandstone entry space, complimented with a green wall and landscaping, further adding to the creation of an inviting first step into a private world of luxury.
