ABOUT THE PROJECT
The redevelopment of the Arthur Edden Oval Grandstand seeked to improve the existing facility through a series of staged developments. The upgrades included the refurbishment of change rooms and the canteen as well as adding function room facilities, new grandstand seating and a commercial space to increase financial viability of the club.
Utilising the existing single storey building as the foundation for the expansion project, an additional storey was added to provide improved viewing to the field from the spectator stand and new function room. As the facility is predominately used on weekends, the commercial spaces give life to the site during regular business hours.
